Job offer: CCTV/IT Technician

Summary

CCTV /IT Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintaining documentation of overall systems (i.e. floor plans, equipment makes, / model, passwords, networking etc..) able to interact with customer and represent the company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities for CCTV/IT technician

• Knowledges and experience with commissioning and servicing CCTV systems
• Proficiency with computers, Networks
• A drive to try new things
• A self-motivated attitude
• Installing and repairing CCTV/ Access control components, cameras, access control gates and various other security components
• Performing maintenance, preventative maintenance and general upkeep security systems
• Integrate access, video and other related security functions
• Troubleshoot challenges as they arise.
• Involvement with projects within the business to develop effective solutions with engineering installation
• Provided basic support networking issues
• Good communication skills with supervisor and taking his assistance when required
• Installed of different types of CCTV cameras as per drawing diagrams.
• Supervise for cabling and making of patch cords. straight cables and amp; cross cables
• Ensured that all times tools, vehicles and safety equipment are regularly maintained
• Report, monitor, analyze data and find solutions to improve performance.

Qualification

Candidates must have a great attitude to match the companies’ values

Current valid driving license

Experience in residential and commercial security CCTV, video surveillance, servicing fire system, troubleshooting installing new alarm

Work experience in finish and unfinished houses, hard wiring, wireless devices, teach customer how to use system after.

Trouble shoot hardware, software familiar with all hardware and software familiar with network operating system provide individual training and several years’ experience in security /surveillance cameras/ CCTV & DVR/NVR maintenance and install hardwire and wireless camera systems.

Strong knowledges of security alarm systems and low voltage and burglar alarm

Must have a minimum 4 years of experience within the Security System/Electronics industry.
