Job role and responsibilities:
- Performing KYC and AML checks on client applications manually and using external verification tools.
- Ensuring client onboarding is conducted in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Address customer inquiries promptly via email and provide precise and transparent resolutions in a timely fashion.
- Executing a number of daily operational tasks such as inter account / profile client fund transfers, monitoring of client transactions.
- Engaging in close collaboration with team members situated in various locations to ensure the successful completion of daily tasks, while also keeping the supervisor informed of progress.
- Processing of manual client inter account / profile transfers.
- Execute any other additional related tasks
- Experience in back office administration (CRM systems such as SalesForce), accounting would be an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Excel
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Open minded team player and willingness to learn
- Fluent in verbal and written English to business standard
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
