Job vacancy Client Accounts / KYC / Backoffice Administrator

Job role and responsibilities:

• Performing KYC and AML checks on client applications manually and using external verification tools.
• Ensuring client onboarding is conducted in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Address customer inquiries promptly via email and provide precise and transparent resolutions in a timely fashion.
• Executing a number of daily operational tasks such as inter account / profile client fund transfers, monitoring of client transactions.
• Engaging in close collaboration with team members situated in various locations to ensure the successful completion of daily tasks, while also keeping the supervisor informed of progress.
• Processing of manual client inter account / profile transfers.
• Execute any other additional related tasks

• Experience in back office administration (CRM systems such as SalesForce), accounting would be an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Excel
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Open minded team player and willingness to learn
• Fluent in verbal and written English to business standard
