Job vacancy Skipper (60 Nautical Mile)

• Manage and train subordinates.
• Refuel clean and prepare boat for operations.
• Ensure that all equipment needed is on board, count and keep records.
• Certify that vessel is “ship-shape.” Submit to Transport Officer.
• Record time of departure and arrival on the daily Boat Inspection Report and submit to Transport Officer.
• Assist Passengers whilst on the boat as required.
• Assist Passengers with embarking/disembarking.
• Assist Passengers with snorkelling, assure safety of passengers.
• Assume safety of boats at all times.
• Undertake cleaning/maintenance duties on beach.
• Assist with meal preparation and transportation of stock.
• Carry out scrubbing, chipping and painting during slipping of boats, plus routine maintenance.
• Ensure that safety demonstration is carried out prior to departure.
• Carry out safety demonstration and briefing of Excursion Programme.
• Carry out any related duties as specified by the Manager.
• Assist with barbecue.

Remuneration can be negotiated based upon experience and qualifications.
